On April 14, 2024 we launched a new International Wedding Professional Event, called B-Treat for Weddings, 2024 Edition which took place in Campania, Italy. More information & event success can be found here.

We anticipate to have B-Treat for Weddings, 2025 Edition in Europe as well. The official announcement with all details is coming in September 2024! Applications for Destination wedding planners, Wedding hotels & wedding venues, Photographers & videographers are open already!

What is B-Treat for Weddings? – It is an international event where we have exhibitors and buyers from all over the world. Our primary event goal is to bring high-level wedding industry peers from all over the world with the purpose to establish business relations and to create business opportunities. Our secondary goal is to showcase and promote the country and region where our event takes place for international luxury weddings in a refreshed perspective and with a new concept.

The uniqueness of our event is its structure: Educate – Connect – Experience – Familiarize. We specifically created it in this way, being directly involved in a destination wedding planning business and being aware of what top international destination wedding planners need and what they lack when they go to international professional events like this.

How we differ from other professional events:

  1. Buyers are only destination wedding planners, not travel agencies or DMCs
  2. Wedding business conference – we believe that it is never enough knowledge. Therefore, education is so important for our company. Our topics are business (sales and marketing) oriented. The same day after the conference we have practical masterclasses.
  3. We have a very strict selection of buyers and very thorough approval of each candidate. They are highly qualified. We invite 25 international buyers (level of ILTM Cannes, Amour, DWP, Engage) who are proudly called luxury destination wedding planners.

Our event program may look like this:

Day 1 – Grand Opening Ceremony (100 participants)

Day 2 – Wedding business conference with masterclasses, followed by networking dinner (100 participants)

Day 3 – Pre-scheduled B2B meetings, followed by Gala dinner (100 participants)

Days 4-6 – Fam trip days in the area for 25 buyers
