In the summer of 2020, amid the uncertainty of the global pandemic, Luiza and Can’s paths crossed in front of the iconic Casino de Monte Carlo. Their love story began in the heart of Monaco, where Can, a Turkish-German entrepreneur and digital nomad, had left Hamburg in search of sunshine.
Luiza, originally from Poland and a globetrotter who had lived in countries as far as Japan, found herself escaping the restrictions of Paris to seek optimism on the Mediterranean shores. Monaco became not just their home, but also the setting for the wedding of their dreams.
When it came to planning their special day, Luiza and Can entrusted Nadia Fry Events with the task of orchestrating their three-day celebration. The couple’s multicultural backgrounds — Turkish-German and Polish — added layers of international flair to their wedding, making it a truly global affair. They invited only their closest friends and family, creating an intimate yet grand event that embraced their shared love for elegance, culture, and joy.
Day 1: A Glamorous Gatsby-Inspired Welcome
The festivities kicked off with a dazzling reception in an elegant apartment offering stunning views over Monaco. In true Gatsby style, the evening was all about opulence and sophistication. The apartment was transformed with luxurious floral arrangements and décor that transported guests back to the Belle Époque era.
Luiza made her grand entrance in a breathtaking vintage-style gown, initially draped in a handcrafted white kimono, which added a touch of her travels and multicultural experiences. As guests arrived, they were greeted with the soft strains of live music and treated to a sumptuous Italian feast, while champagne flowed endlessly from towers, setting the tone for the celebration to come.
Day 2: A Timeless Ceremony with Classical Music and Extravagant Reception
The second day began with preparations in the same luxurious apartment, with champagne and laughter filling the air. Luiza and Can made their way to Monaco’s largest church in a classic convertible that perfectly matched their timeless style. Their wedding outfits, custom-tailored in Turkey, were nothing short of spectacular, designed to transform effortlessly from day to evening wear.
The church ceremony was set against the beautiful backdrop of timeless classical music, adding an air of grace and sophistication. The couple exchanged their vows while a live string quartet played a selection of romantic compositions, enhancing the sacredness of the moment and bringing tears of joy to many guests.
After the moving religious ceremony, the couple and their guests headed to a stunning villa overlooking the Mediterranean. The villa’s décor, in shades of white and gold, was masterfully crafted by a local florist, adding a touch of elegance to the occasion. As the sun set over the Riviera, the evening came alive with performances by Cuban and Italian musicians, and vibrant Brazilian dancers in a range of colorful costumes. The night was filled with laughter, dancing, and of course, more champagne — a truly unforgettable celebration.

The third day was a more relaxed affair, as the couple and their guests enjoyed a luxurious catamaran trip along the French Riviera. They sailed through the azure waters, stopping at one of the trendiest beaches near Monaco. With gourmet food, refreshing drinks, and the stunning coastal views, it was the perfect conclusion to a magical wedding weekend.
