Francesca Autore is the Director of Sales and Marketing for two of Rome’s most iconic five-star properties: Parco dei Principi Grand Hotel & SPA Roma and Hotel Splendide Royal Roma – both part of the distinguished Roberto Naldi Collection, a third-generation family-owned hotel group.
With a career in luxury hospitality that began in Naples in 1998, Francesca brings decades of refined expertise and global perspective. After studying International Political Sciences, she immersed herself in hospitality through advanced training in revenue and sales strategies. Her journey led her to Rome in the early 2000s, first with a Spanish-based international company, and eventually to the Roberto Naldi Collection, where she has passionately contributed for the past 17 years.
We had the pleasure of speaking with Francesca about working with discerning wedding clientele, the evolution of their luxury venues, and the legacy she hopes to leave in the world of hospitality.
What’s the most valuable lesson you’ve learned from working with high-end wedding clients?
“Imagination truly has no limits when it comes to planning the most unforgettable day in someone’s life. Luxury clients come with vision, emotion, and dreams – our role is to transform that into reality with elegance, precision, and heart.”
How has the Roberto Naldi Collection evolved over the years when it comes to hosting luxury events?
“Our group has grown beyond borders with the addition of a Boutique Palace in Paris, while remaining deeply rooted in our Italian essence. We’ve invested significantly in renovations and continue to welcome high-profile institutional events and private celebrations where utmost discretion is paramount. Our legacy lies in fusing timeless Italian character with modern sophistication.”
What legacy would you love to leave behind in the world of luxury hospitality?
“To never lose the wonder. Curiosity is a cornerstone in our world – our work is never boring. It’s an extraordinary privilege to welcome cultures, traditions, and religions from all over the globe. My hope is to always remember that we are in the business of hospitality – of warm welcomes, cultural exchange, and genuine care.”
