Story
Vrasa is a group of friends, a burning fire, and a set of shared memories.
The “vrasera” was the ancient source of heat and gathering of the old houses in Naples. A fire, fed by the wood, and the spirit of sharing from families, who made the history of the South of Italy. Vrasa is assonance: “brasa” is the term that links us to the embers of the lands, namely the Spanish “asadores” (steakhouses).
Vrasa is a primordial intuition. The dishes will be prepared before your eyes and the kitchen will no longer have any secrets.

Our sommelier Francesco, who is the youngest sommeliers in the South of Italy, will guide you to discover the wines of the Amalfi and Sorrento coasts. His experience will bring back olfactory memories and capture your senses with unexpected combinations.
Taking a step back isn’t necessarily a bad thing. A simple cuisine, made of a few elements, healthy and decisive. A vegetable garden that gives fresh products every day was the tabula rasa from which we started. Carefully selected meat, fresh fish from our sea, and fruits from our garden meet on the embers, which is the leitmotiv of our idea of cuisine.

We have indoor space which is good for 50 seated and outdoor garden that hosts over 100 people seated and standing easily.
