Istanbul to Host the World’s Leading Creative Visionaries and Luxury Event Designers
Istanbul, Türkiye — The internationally acclaimed Table Design Exhibition – Creativity Conference returns this year with the theme “Sparkles of Nature”, bringing together the world’s most influential event planners, designers, and creative leaders. The highly anticipated three-day event will take place on 17–18–19 December 2025 at the Istanbul Lütfi Kırdar International Convention and Exhibition Center.
Celebrated as the world’s first and only Table Design Exhibition, the event features not only Creativity Conference but also an immersive design exhibition, B2B meetings, masterclasses, and themed gala events—offering an inspiring, world-class creative experience in Istanbul.
A Global Celebration of Creativity, Storytelling, and Luxury Event Design
Now in its fourth edition, Table Design Exhibition – Creativity Conference will once again unite globally renowned event designers, visionary speakers, and creative professionals. The prestigious meeting will begin with an Opening & Award Ceremony on 17 December, followed by three days of creativity-driven programming that positions Istanbul as a unique global hub for design, culture, and luxury events.
This year’s theme, “Sparkles of Nature,” invites designers to explore nature’s elegance, serenity, and transformative power. Ten internationally celebrated designers—each drawing inspiration from their cultural heritage—will reinterpret nature through bespoke table design installations created exclusively for the exhibition.
On 18 December, visionary speakers from across the world will take the stage at Creativity Conference to discuss the future of creativity, experiential design, and luxury events. The day will conclude with a high-profile Networking Party at the CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul.
Over the course of the event, more than 60 international hotels, brands, and travel & MICE agencies—alongside celebrated event designers—will meet to explore new trends, innovations, and global collaboration opportunities.
Icons of the Global Luxury Event Industry Come Together in Istanbul
Once again, Table Design Exhibition will showcase original tablescape design installations by the icons of the luxury event world—designers behind weddings and celebrations for Michael Jordan, Jennifer Lopez, Meghan Trainor, The Kardashians, Middle Eastern royal families, Sir Bob Geldof, Madonna, and the Marquess of Bath, among many others.
Curated by KM Events, the experience will highlight the full spectrum of global creative expression—from modern minimalist tablescapes to vibrant Latin-inspired celebrations, magical Mexican romanticism, and Southeast Asian cultural influences woven into contemporary luxury.
2025 Creativity Conference: A Deep Dive Into the Future of Creativity
The second day of the event will host the Creativity Conference, gathering the world’s top creative leaders.
The conference will open with a keynote from Antonio Paraiso, Luxury Brand Consultant and one of the Top 100 Most Influential Leaders in the Global Luxury Industry (Diversity in Luxury Platform), titled “Luxury is Greener Than Ever.”
