Tenuta Monaciano Verified listing

Tenuta Monaciano is a large wine estate in the Chianti hills just outside Siena, built around an 18th-century villa and several country houses spread across vineyards and olive groves. The scale of the property is what defines it: it feels like a full estate rather than a single venue, with multiple settings that naturally divide the wedding day into distinct moments.

Ceremonies often take place in the private amphitheatre surrounded by trees, followed by aperitivo on terraces or in the Italian garden, dinner under the stars or in the historic halls, and an after-party in the cellar. The layout supports larger celebrations while still keeping everything within walking distance, which gives it strong flow and energy throughout the day. It’s particularly suited for multi-day weddings where most guests stay on site and the event unfolds across the whole estate.
