Villa Gamberaia Verified listing

Villa Gamberaia is a 17th-century historic villa set on the hills above Florence, known for its celebrated Renaissance gardens and panoramic views over the city and the Arno valley. The property combines formal outdoor spaces – such as terraces, lawns and garden grottos – with indoor salons, courtyards and reception areas that can be used for all parts of a wedding day. It functions as both a wedding venue and a private residence that can be rented for stays, meaning celebrations here have a residential estate feel rather than a standard hotel event format. Weddings leverage multiple distinct zones and the villa’s architectural character, with professional catering typical for receptions and dedicated spaces that support ceremonies through to dinner and after-party.
